In-gyu (30 years old) has intellectual disability with a mental age of a 10-year-old. His mother, Ae-soon, takes care of him all day, nagging him all the time. Even though life is hard for the son and his mother, they live every day full of laughter. One day, Ae-soon is unexpectedly diagnosed with terminal cancer. She sets out to prepare for her son's independence which everyone had said that it would not be possible.
